Presenter bio: Serving at EPA as an Environmental Protection Specialist since 2005, André Villaseñor coordinates projects in sustainable materials management for the Zero Waste Program. He is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer from Ecuador, and also has experience conducting environmental compliance for the L.A. County Metropolitan Transportation Authority and environmental impact studies for airports and mining projects in Chile. He holds an M.S. in Environmental Science and an M.A. in International Environmental Policy. His home base is L.A.
