The UA-Food Safety Consortium and ABS-PSM GIDP welcome you all to join us for our webinar titled “How You Can Reduce Your Environmental Impact Through Food Choices – EPA Region 6” on Monday, June 26th at 2:00 PM on Zoom (link below). Our speaker, Stephen Sturdivant, will go over several important ways we can combat climate change, water pollution, and species extinction through our food choices. The presentation covers the environmental impacts of our food and some ways we can reduce those impacts through food choices like waste reduction and meal planning.
Stephen Sturdivant is an environmental engineer and Regional Coordinator for the United States Environmental Protection Agency Region 6’s Sustainable Management of Food Program. He has worked for the agency for over 16 years.
