Food Safety Interest - How foodborne outbreaks are investigated and incorporating new methods to detect and respond in a more efficient and timely manner. I am also interested in the risk factors associated with Campylobacter infections.
Research Focus - long-term Campylobacter surveillance, risk assessment using epidemiologic data.
